PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Alyssa has nearly 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining BMP, she worked at Colliers International for 8 years with a focus on business development and brokerage. She has worked in London, England for the Acacia Group in Real Estate Management services and for Artech Real Estate Investments in Montreal as a Lease Administrator for several high-rise residential towers. Alyssa’s focus has always been on delivering high quality work product for her clients. Alyssa’s areas of experience include residential development and marketing, tenant/purchaser representation, property listings (sale and lease) as well as lease renewals and negotiations. Furthermore, Alyssa offers transaction management services, a cornerstone to any successful project.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Alyssa completed a double major at McGill University in English and Political Science, followed by a law degree at University of Sherbrooke and a certificate in international law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. She also holds a commercial real estate brokerage license.
