Jon Morrison

Mr. Morrison is an experienced businessperson who has been acting for 10 years in commercial real estate, financing and development. Mr. Morrison in his various real-estate positions has been involved in an advisory and broker role for accounts such as Bombardier, Goodyear, Lyreco, Proctor and Gamble, DHL, Gildan active wear, SNC-Lavalin amongst others.

Prior to working with Binswanger Myre Pageau, Mr. Morrison was a member of the corporate accounts team at a major international real estate advisor as one of the early Associates working with The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Interested in participating in best practices and building performance, Mr. Morrison also pursued the realms of entrepreneurial venture by co-founding a successful start-up of a prefabricated home manufacturing, concept called Énovo.

During his years as a real-estate professional, Jon Morrison has developed processes, technologies and projects that have won him various awards such as Young Entrepreneur of the year 2011, laureate winner in the Entrepreneurship Contest of Quebec.Technological innovation of the West Island 2011, honors mention in the Regional Entrepreneurship Contest.
