Maurice Lachance

Commercial Real Estate Broker

After beginning his career as a sales representative at Xerox Canada, Mr. Lachance became a real estate broker in 1986, this new field perfectly filling his interests in sales, finance, marketing, construction and planning.

Throughout his career he has been involved in many major transactions, including several corporate relocations, such as the relocation of Xerox Canada regional office at Place Alexis Nihon (60,000 s.f.), and a three times relocation of the engineering firm RSW (45,000 s.f.), and the McKesson Canada regional office (60,000 s.f) as well as the pharmaceutical company Rhone-Poulenc (60,000 s.f.).

Mr. Lachance joined the Binswanger Myre Pageau team in July 2008.
