Robert has been a broker with Binswanger Myre Pageau for the past year. With over 14 years of commercial real estate experience in Canada, Robert has negotiated over 130 commercial leasing transactions representing tenants and landlords. Over the last 12 years in commercial brokerage, he has acquired extensive experience in building sales, acquisitions, and sublets. He started off his career in the industry representing a private landlord, where he was responsible for managing and leasing a 2 million square foot real estate portfolio.

Robert’s brokerage career began at Cushman and Wakefield, followed by Jones Lang LaSalle where he worked as a tenant and landlord representation specialist in the downtown and suburban markets of Montreal.

Having worked and concluded transactions with various multinational clients such as Siemens, Xerox, IMS Health, Ryan LLC, and Intrado, Robert provides a hands on tenant advisory services with a main focus on finding cost saving opportunities to new and existing clients.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McGill University with a minor in Anatomy.
