Mr. Harvey has been an entrepreneur at heart from a young age. Real estate, financing and business development are real passions.

He has worked in the corporate sales and marketing environment for nearly 15 years, climbing up the ladder rapidly in leading companies across North America. Based in Toronto for a few years, he negotiates with Canada’s largest retailers, such as Walmart, Canadian Tire and Home Depot. While working for Black and Decker, he is a finalist for the multinational’s sales and marketing employee of the year.

Then, Mr. Harvey continues his career as owner and manager of rental multiplexes and a seniors’ residence. He is the prime architect of a colossal operational and financial turnaround of the company, which is also the winner of the Business of the Year Award, service category, by the Business Association.

Sébastien Harvey has also developed, over the last 15 years, a vast expertise in private financing, having coordinated several transactions.

Beyond his knowledge and experience, Mr. Harvey is also recognized for his interpersonal skills and the quality of the relationship he develops with his associates. Integrity, humanity, rigor and transparency are the values by which he follows his career path.

On a personal note Sébastien Harvey is one of the best tennis players in the country and still competes internationally.

By joining BMP, he wants to use his expertise in financing and acquisition, among other things, in project management.
